Jeffrey Irvin Tolley, loving husband and father passed away on August 26, 2021 at age 70. He was born on October 2, 1950 in West Chester, PA. He was a long-time resident of Spartanburg, SC. Jeff graduated with the class of 1968 from Dublin High School in Ohio. He attended Ohio Wesleyan University. He worked for State Industrial Products for 35 years. He became the Department of Defense Business Development Manager by creating and implementing a government division that helps American soldiers with chemical needs and tools. It was his greatest honor to meet the needs of our military. As a young man he played football with distinction and was an avid Ohio State football fan. He loved cooking, gardening, reading and entertaining family and friends. Jeff Tolley was kind to everyone and never met a stranger. On a typical day, you could find him walking his dogs, chatting with neighbors, and gardening. He enjoyed hosting holiday dinners and playing card games with his family. He was the life of the party wherever he went. In addition to his wife, Cynthia Tolley, Jeff is survived by 4 children & 3 step children. Nick Tolley (Cristina), Garth Tolley (Kristin) and twins, Ross & Donna Tolley, Jamie Cummins (Haley), Nick Cummins (Delainey) & Megan Champion (Jesse). He had 10 grandchildren. He is also survived by 7 siblings, Bruce E. Tolley, Steve Tolley, John W. Tolley IV, Beth A. Milliken, Jan E. Tolley, David L. Tolley, and Richard E. Tolley; and many beloved nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth A. Zweizig & father, John W. Tolley III. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
