Ruth Mull Ramsey

Pauline, SC- Ruth Mull Ramsey, 94, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022 at her home.

Born December 24, 1927 in Burke County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Sanford and Mary Tallent Mull. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas I. Ramsey.

Survivors include her son, Arnold J. Ramsey of Lake Bowen, SC; her daughter, Ann R. Fowler and her husband, Norris R. Fowler, Jr., of Jonesville, SC; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a sister, “Witts” Warlick of Vale, NC.

Ruth was a graduate of Limestone College and received her Masters from Converse College. She was a devoted teacher of 30 years at Roebuck Elementary School. She was a member of Bogansville United Methodist Church for 73 years. Ruth had a tremendous love for Jesus, family, children, gardening, and reading at the beach.

The family wishes to express a sincere thanks to caregivers, Christy Mills, Kaye Jones, and Natasha Hill.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 2^nd, 1:00PM at Bogansville Methodist Church, officiated by Reverend Lee Mosley.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends at the graveside.
