Jenia Larae Price

Inman, SC- Jenia L. Price (Greer), 20, stepped into her eternal heavenly home on Thursday, December 29, 2022.

Jenia graced the earth with her presence on October 27, 2002, born in Gainesville, FL. She was a beautiful, maverick spirit that brought bliss to any room.

Many prayers were prayed and many tears were cried on behalf of Jenia and the struggles she faced. We believe that Jenia is now at peace, at home with her heavenly Father, never to fight these battles again. God’s way of saving her may have been different than what we had in mind, but we will hold on to the hope that we will be reunited with her again. We pray that Jenia’s death will not be in vain and that others may learn from it and grow from it.

Jenia is survived by her mom, Michelle Prokopp (Mike) of Inman, SC; her father, William Price (Gina) of Jacksonville, FL; her husband, Cody Greer of Spartanburg, SC; siblings, Leeana Hamm of Spartanburg, SC, Jesica Hamm of Hickory, NC, Lane Prokopp of Leesburg, FL, Sarah Prokopp of Winter Garden, FL, Lacey Prokopp of Greenville, SC, Michael Prokopp of Spartanburg, SC, and Jordan Price of Bronson, FL; paternal grandmother, Della Waters of Hampton, FL; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She was predeceased by maternal grandfather, Early Prince.

Memorial services for Jenia will be held Saturday, January 7^th, 6:30PM at Dunbar Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service. 

The family hopes that everyone will wear a little something yellow. It was Jenia's favorite.
