Jessica Michelle Jolly

On January 18th, 2024, Jessica Michelle Jolly, 31, passed peacefully and surrounded by loved ones at her home in Aberdeen, North Carolina after a lifetime battle with Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome. She was born In Spartanburg, South Carolina on July 6th, 1992 to Billy and Dawn Jolly and lived there most of her life. Jessica attended Charles Lea and McCarthy Teszler School, graduating in 2014. She grew up on Lake Cooley and that is where she spent most of her days; swimming, sunbathing, swinging, and relaxing on her lakeside porch. For the last few years, Jessica moved to North Carolina to be close to her sister and nephews. She spent most of her days swimming in their neighborhood pool, strolling the streets of Legacy Lakes, and always searching for a sun beam. She is survived by her parents, Dawn and Billy Jolly; sister, Averi Hall (Justin); three nephews, Roman, Maverick, and Ivar; grandmother, Brenda Shields; aunt, Courtney Shields; uncle, Daniel Davenport; and cousin, Kelsie D. Black; and many more relatives. A celebration of Jessica’s life will be held this summer in South Carolina. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to HALTER, PO Box 1403, Spartanburg, SC 29304.
