Jo Lynne Glines

Jo Lynne Glines nee McDuell of Spartanburg, SC, entered this world on August 17th 1938 in Fullerton, California and entered her heavenly home on Tuesday, December 15th 2020 in Spartanburg, SC. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Mortimer McDuell and Frances Elizabeth Marshall; her stepmother, Frances Virginia Morris; and her husband, Robert Alden Glines, Jr. Jo is survived by her daughters, Beth Carroll, Caren Spilsbury (Daniel), Catherine Caseri, Lori Williams, and Linda Martin (John); her brothers, Clark (Marsha) and Paul McDuell; grandchildren, Vivian, Joshua, Robin, Lori, DJ (Alicia), Aubrey, Sarah and Faith; four great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; many cousins, nieces and nephews. Jo was an active volunteer in California with the Cerritos Performing Arts Center, the Lakewood Jaycees, and a parishioner of St. James Anglican Church, Newport Beach. In South Carolina, she volunteered at the Carolina Pregnancy Center and was a member of All Saints Anglican Spartanburg. She was a devoted member of the Michael W. Smith Choir and performed at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center. Services will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, 401 E. Kennedy Street, Spartanburg SC at 12pm on Monday, December 21st.
