Kenneth ONeal Staggs

Kenneth O’Neal Staggs, 72, of Pauline, loving husband of Vicky Wyatt Staggs, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 6, 2021. Born March 17, 1949 in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Woodrow Blease and Pauline Poole Staggs. He was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and attended Philadelphia Baptist Church. A retired employee of 34 years at Southern Container, Kenneth was an honest man with a good work ethic, few words and a huge heart. Kenneth enjoyed golfing, fishing, wrestling, NASCAR, Westerns, and most of all, spending time with his family. In addition to his wife, survivors include his sister, Martha Kelly (Jim) of Texas; son, Sandy Staggs and daughter, Susan Staggs of Spartanburg; godson, Michael Cudd of Woodruff; adoring godchildren, Leighton, Kaylie and Spencer; and best friend, Joe Brown of Chesnee. He was predeceased by brothers, Harold and John Staggs; sister, Linda Staggs; and godson, Matthew Cudd. Graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 3:00PM. at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery officiated by Rev. Charles Eaton and Rev. Kiah Graves.
