Kristie Lynn Henderson

Duncan, SC- Kristie Lynn Henderson, 48, wife of Steven Paul Henderson, II, died on Monday, November 15, 2021. Born October 1, 1973 in Huntsville, AL, she was a daughter of the late Phillip Ray and Margaret Whitehead Ransom. Kristie was a loving soul who cherished her family above everything else. She wore her heart on her sleeve and would give a stranger the shirt from her back. Kristie valued her true friends beyond any measure. Her brightest day was the day she became LaLa to her grandson, Knox. In addition to her husband, Steven, Kristie is survived by her daughters, Natasha Marie Henderson and Miranda Nicole Leigh Greene; son in-law, John Greene; a grandson, Knox Lee Greene; brother, Kenny Ransom; sister, Robin Clark Thompson; her mother in-law, Deborah Thompson; brother in-law, John Henderson; sister in-law, Kim Henderson; niece, Kaitlyn Henderson; and nephews, Jamison Rouse, Braeden Reid, and Jayce Henderson. Kristie was memorialized by friends and family on Friday, November 19, 2021 at Dunbar Funeral Home. Services were officiated by Reverend Brian Gilmer.
