Matthew James Cudd

Roebuck, SC- Matthew James Cudd, 26, son of Michael Lee and Cathy Wyatt Cudd, died Tuesday, May 30, 2017. Matthew was born November 19, 1990 in Spartanburg, SC. He was a graduate of Dorman High School, class of 2009, and Spartanburg Technical College where he received his Associates degree. Matthew was a machinist with ZF Transmissions in Gray Court. He was a member of Philadelphia Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving daughter and the love of his life, Kaylie Starnes of Cross Anchor, SC; a brother, Michael Cudd (Brooke) of Woodruff, SC; two special nieces, Leighton and Spencer Cudd; and several aunts and uncles. Matthew was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Walter and Aileen Cudd; and maternal grandparents, John and Effie Mae “Nannie” Wyatt. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 2nd, 11AM, at Philadelphia Baptist Church, officiated by Reverend Greg Butler and Reverend Charles Eaton.Burial will be in the church cemetery The family will receive friends following in the fellowship hall.
