Michael Dewayne Burnett

                                                                        Michael D. Burnett Roebuck - Michael Dewayne Burnett, age 54, of Roebuck, SC passed away August 9, 2018 at Spartanburg Regional. Michael was born January 29, 1964 in Spartanburg, SC.  He was the son of Billy Burnett of Inman, SC and the late Gerri Bordenkircher of Mayo, SC. Michael is survived by his wife, Melanie Going Burnett of the home; son Lee of Boiling Springs, daughter Taylor of the home; brothers Martin Burnett of Mayo, Steven Burnett of Fairforest and Step Father Kenneth Bordenkircher of Mayo. He was a 1982 graduate of Dorman High School.  He attended Spartanburg Tech and was a retired Director of Operations at the Charles Lea Center.  He was a member of Fairforest Baptist Church. Other survivors include five nephews, four nieces, a great nephew, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He was predeceased by an infant daughter, Michele Austin Burnett.  Funeral Services officiated by Rev.  Dr. Tim Williams and Rev. Reid Bowyer will be held at 2:00 PM, August 12, 2018, at the Dunbar Funeral Home, Roebuck, SC.  Visitation will be held at the Funeral home one hour prior to the service.    Memorials may be made to Roebuck Baptist Church, P.O.
