Inman, SC- Michael Paul Ravan, 71, husband of Patsy Maxwell Ravan, died Saturday, March 02, 2019. Born December 11, 1947 in Spartanburg, SC, Mike was a son of the late Paul Ravan and Virginia Bryant Ravan Redden. He honorably served his country in the US Navy and was a graduate of the University of South Carolina. Mike was a CPA until his retirement and a longtime member of Inman First Baptist Church. Mike was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who was deeply devoted to his clients and profession, his church, his many close friends, the Gamecocks, and most importantly, his wife and family. In addition to his wife, Patsy, Mike is survived by his son, Todd Ravan (Wendy) of Greer, SC; his daughter, Chris Fletcher (Mark) of Boiling Springs, SC; his grandchildren, T. J. and Michaela Ravan, Grant, Ethan, Luke, and Rebecca Fletcher; his brother, Ted Ravan (Mary) of Monroe, GA; and a sister, Ellen R. Burnette (Denny) of Beaufort, SC. He was predeceased by a sister, Sandra R. Anderson. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 5th, 1-2:45PM at Inman First Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 3PM, officiated by Reverend Dr. Paul Moore.
