Patricia "Pat" Leonard Capps

Patricia “Pat” Leonard Capps Woodruff – Patricia “Pat” Leonard Capps, 80, wife of 44 years to the late Thomas Lee Capps, Sr., died Wednesday, January 13, 2021. She was the youngest of four siblings, born to the late Luther and Ethel Alley Leonard of Linwood, NC. Pat retired from District 7 after 30 years of services as an administrative employee. She was a member of Emma Gray United Methodist Church. She is survived by two sons, Thomas Lee Capps, Jr. (Donna) and their son Tyler Lee Capps, Tracy Leonard Capps (Paula) and their daughters, Kristle Casey-Butler (Neil), Amanda Gail Capps, their grandchildren Cortland Butler, Cayden Casey-Pintoff, Magnolia Casey-Pintoff and Bryce Butler. The family would like to thank Pat’s special friends, Marcella Davisson, Frank and Shirley Stone, Ritchie and Kim Foster and their daughter Hunter for their love and for looking after Pat over the last several years. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM to 2:00PM on Sunday January 17, 2021 at Emma Gray United Methodist Church. A funeral service will immediately follow officiated by Reverend Andy Watson and Reverend Robert Boggs. The service will be live-streamed from the Emma Gray United Methodist Church Facebook page. Interment will be at Heritage Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Emma Gray United Methodist Church; PO Box 271, Woodruff, SC 29388.
