Patricia Gail Smith Smith

Moore, SC- Patricia Gail Smith Smith, 80, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018, at her home. Born October 19, 1937 in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Edna and Troy Richard Smith. Patricia was a member of the VFW Auxiliary Post 9539 and Past Vice President of the Spartanburg County Federation of Republican Women. Pat is survived by her son, Richard Smith (Vanessa); her daughter, Sherrill Revis (Maiko); seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; her sisters, Nancy Hamilton (Bob) and Norma Powers; and several special nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles E. Smith; a sister, Eleanor Smith; and brother, Troy R. Smith, Jr. The family will receive friends Friday, September 7th, 1:30-2:45PM at St. Matthews Episcopal Church. Funeral services will follow at 3:00PM, officiated by The Reverend Robert L. Brown and The Reverend Mia C. Drummond McDowell. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to VFW Post 9539, 325 Carolina Drive Extension, Roebuck, SC 29376.
