Ricky Lynn Melton Roebuck – Ricky Lynn Melton, 65, husband of Faye Hudson Melton, died Saturday, September 4, 2021. Ricky was born on October 23, 1955, to the late Margaret Bloodsworth Melton. He retired from Freightliner of Gaffney after 27 years of service. Ricky was a member and former Music Director of Emmanuel Baptist Church. In addition to his wife of 32 years, Ricky is survived by a son, Justin Lynn Melton; step-son, Jeremy Duncan (Jennifer); daughters, Misty Karsmizki (Donnie), Tomica Ann Melton; step-daughter, Michelle Al-Wardat; nephew, Nick Melton (Rachel); great-nephew, Jaxson Melton; brother, Larry Melton (Sindy); and 19 grandchildren. In addition to his mother, Ricky was predeceased by his sister Marie Cribbs. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at Emmanuel Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM officiated by Reverend Frankie Taylor and Reverend Larry Melton. Burial will be at Heritage Memorial Gardens; Roebuck.
