Theresa “Terry” Scott, 61, of Moore, SC passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. Born January 12, 1962 in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of Alfred Campbell and the late Lois Holbrook Campbell. Terry graduated from Berea High School in 1980 and attended Greenville Technical College. She worked with Michelin for 22 years as a valued Zone Business Development Manager. As the daughter of a United States Air Force veteran, Terry grew up traveling and always had a love of visiting new places. She lived in several different countries and moved over a dozen times in her life. She loved to dance and travel, taking special trips to the beach, the mountains, Washington DC, and Disney with the grandkids. After settling in Moore, she and her husband, Tim, became members of Church at the Mill. She was a classy lady and an excellent cook, but her happiness came from spending time with her family. Terry made jams, mustard, cookies, and teas to give to family and friends as a token of love. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, but she was equally devoted to her parents and having them live with her for the past two years brought her great joy. All five grandchildren were loved and spoiled, everyone loved to see the smile on her face when around them. She leaves behind her father, Alfred Campbell; husband of 43 wonderful years, Timothy “Tim” Scott; daughter, Amber McCraw (Josh) of Mooresboro, NC; son, T. Walker Scott (Jordan) of Spartanburg, SC; and grandchildren, Dominic McCraw, Logan McCraw, Scarlett McCraw, Vander Scott, and Emmarie Scott. She was predeceased by her mother, Lois Holbrook Campbell, and brother, Leney Campbell. Her funeral service will be 1:00pm on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at Church at the Mill, 4455 Anderson Mill Road, Moore, SC 29369. Burial will follow in Westwood Memorial Gardens, 6101 Reidville Road, Moore, SC 29369. Church at the Mill has been a guiding light for her spiritually and emotionally. Her family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff and small group teachers for the love and guidance provided over the last two years.
