Spartanburg, SC- Thomas Mitchell Smith, 67, husband of Dorothy Utter Smith, died Monday, November 30, 2020. Tony was born April 15, 1953 in Pickens, SC. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Mitchell Franklin Smith (Melissa) of Holly Ridge, NC, Dustin Matthew Smith (Beth) of Chesnee, SC, and Matthew David Chipley of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Hailey, Kailyn, and Jaxon. Graveside services will be private.
