Vickie D. Millwood

Vickie D. Millwood Spartanburg Vickie Meadows Millwood, age 70, wife of Dean Millwood of 52 years, died at home on Sunday, September 2, 2018. Vickie was born on January 31, 1948, the daughter of Paul and Annie Bell Quinn Meadows.  She was a member of Southport Church.  Vickie was a previous member of Arkwright Baptist Church.  She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Jeff Millwood (Ashley) of Inman and her daughter, Tricia Thornton (Charles) of Roebuck.  She leaves behind five grandchildren, Jordan and Logan Hawkins, Carsten, Hayden, Tanner Millwood and one great-grandchild,  Ian Millwood. The family will receive friends from 1:00- 1:45 PM, on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at Dunbar Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow in the chapel, at 2:00 PM. officiated by the Rev. James Blackwood and Rev. Tim Hackett.    In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made in Vickie’s memory to Southport Church, P.O. Box 28,  Roebuck, SC 29376.
